Answers:
It is probably a side effect of the Tylenol Sinus!. If you are still experiencing the dry mouth a few days after you have stopped the cold meds, then you should see your doctor about this!. Keep drinking and sucking on hard candy (preferably sugar free)!. In the meantime, you can check with a pharmacist about products to help you deal with the dry mouth!. The pharmacist should be able to recommend products designed to help you deal with the dry mouth!.

Have you been taking an antihistamine or decongestant like Allegra or Sudafed!? These can cause dry mouth as well as dehydration from being sick!. It can also be symptomatic of other problems like diabetes (coupled with frequent urination!?)!. If it persists after a few days, I would see a doctor for a routine physical (ask for an A1C test - to test for diabetes)!. My guess would be that it is the cold!. I think that you should really go and see your doctor, and get a diabetes test done!. I had the same symptoms, and it was definitely what I had!. I'm not an expert, but if you feel that you can never get enough to drink, constantly suck on hard candies, urinate more than twice a night, appetite changes, and just a general feeling of tiredness, then please see your doctor!. I waited too late, and I now take five shots of insulin a day!. I and not trying to scare you, but it is better to get a negative on a diabetes test than a positive!. However, if you know someone who is a diabetic and has a blood glucose tester, then let them give you a simple finger-prick test!. If your blood glucose (sugar) level is more than 150 and you have not had food for the past two to four hours, then you may want to make an appointment to see your doctor!.

actually it could just be a temporary sickness called dry mouth!. it is caused by the salivary glands in your mouth being over-worked like when you had a cold, that they have gone into rest just to recuperate after the cold!.
go to your dentist or gp, it can probably be treated with an over the counter supplement prescribed by your doctor!.
good luck!
