My mom got a new job and I have to drive my little sister to school, I'm used to being up all night, sleeping in the morning (I've been that way ever since high school)!. How can I keep myself alert in the mornings!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat a fresh apple- its about 3 or 4 times as effective as a cup of coffee, and its a healthy start to the day! I had the same problem as you, now i have an apple after breakfast and whoosh- im off!Www@Answer-Health@Com
I would suggest energy drinks(I like Hi-ball energy, since, it's not sweet like all those other energy drinks!. It just tastes like fizzy water and flavour, like lemon or berry) hot tea or coffee, or vitamin drink, like Emergen-C
Go for a quick walk before, if you have time!.

go to bed a little earlier!. when you wake up, wash your face with an exfoliating face wash to wake you up!. drink something caffeinated!. after a week or so your body will adjust to getting up early and you will be fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
