Fighting depression binging?!


Question: Fighting depression binging!?
the everyday office politics takes a toll on me!. i binge and put on weight!. and when i get over the problems, i find it very difficult to shed the weight!. any suggestions on how i should stop binging when i am depressed!?!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to change your habits!. When you get stressed you eat!. Instead when you get stressed take a nap or drink water or go for a walk and listen to some relaxing music even if its only for 10 minutes everytime you do something else instead of eating when you are stressed you will be making it easier to fight your habit the next time! Put an exercise machine in your livingroom so you can exercise instead of sitting on the couch and never eat while you are watching TV!. Changing your habits will help!. Anytime you feel overwhelmed take a walk outside!. I would get a dog to keep me company and take walks with daily!. Nothing makes you feel more loved then having some excited to see you everyday!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If your depression is affecting your life to that extent, maybe you should think about seeing a doctor about a depression medication!. They can make a world of difference!.
