Sneezing is a defense mechanism designed to get rid of dust, pollen, other allergens, and foreign matter!. A person sneezes at about 100 mph, or 150 km/hr!. The achoo, I'm assuming is a result of expelling the air from your lungs at such a high speed and with such force!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
