How can I stop my anger?!


Question: How can I stop my anger!?
Apparently, I'm completely angry right now!. and I also want to break a ton of things!.!.!.!.!.I NEED HELP!!!!!! Also, when I think about why I'm angry!.!.it makes me even more angry!. And when I listen to music!.!.it still makes me more angry because for some reason I get angrier trying to calm myself down (which may make this question impossible to answer)!. But there's still a possibility I can still calm down when I'm trying!.!.!.!.but im still really mad!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.please help me!.!.(I may seem a bit crazy -_-")Www@Answer-Health@Com

Its normal to get angry i get angry all the time!. What I do is read a magazine or listen to calming music sometimes when im really mad i scream into my pillow! Even write down your feelings and have a big cry to get it out of your system!. Try to talk to your parents about it i know it can be hard - really hard my parents aren't very understanding but once you try to do it you feel a lot better for trying try to think positive thoughts and forget about all negative!. You don't seem crazy!. I know it can be hard but you can breathe in and out ten times or talk to a friend about your problems they are always good support!. I f you are in a fight with your friends you should always try to see their side of the situation!. Don't fell like an idiot if you feel you need to apologize!. I hope i could be of help to you!. I felt that way last night, and I had to tell myself that I could make things much worse or a little better for myself, so I just sat in my car and huffed and puffed and moaned, then I calmed down after about 1 hour and came home and told my husband to leave me alone and to stop talking smack or I would put the smack down on him!. That worked for me!. A family member of mine also gets very angry with people she loves and she wants to yell at them, so she does and then she says I am sorry!. I am more like you I want to break something, my husband does break things, I just want to!. Just get out of your house go outside get away from that envionment for as long as you have to!. Count to 10 (or 20 or 30 or until you calm down), punch a pillow, take a kick boxing class or any type of exercise class, playing sports can also help!.!.!.!.!.!. i like to sit down, take deep breaths, and close my eyes!. Imagine or think of your "happy place" (mine is on a beach surrounded by palm trees and tasty tropical drinks!) Or you can even write down what makes you mad- just write for 10 minutes in a journal or on your computer!. It may help to release some tension!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should probably seek professional help in the form of anger management classes!. Its nothing to be ashamed of at all and really can help!. Sometimes its hard to focus on whats making you mad and how to stop it - but expressing yourself to people in a simillar circumstance could help!. Smashing things up does feel good - maybe you should take it out on something inexpensive like a piece of wood and hammer a ton of tacks into it or hurl some empty glass bottles off a cliff!

At least you recognize with your self or maybe from many others- that you are angry and you aren't denying your feelings!. you've accomplished step one: Knowing you have a problem!.
You need to step back and NOT let things get to you to fast and personal! When you feel like you are getting mad, STOP what you are doing and count to ten!.!.!.slowly, taking deep breaths!. OR walk away from the situation that is making you mad!.!.!.!.get a breather!
It is human nature that we all have to act and react to something/someone immediately without taking the time to think about the consequences! Now is everyone MAD!? NO, most of us have learned to master or conquer being angry with no cause!.
Get help from a counselor or a professional!. You need to get this under control before it destroys your life! I mean people do not like angry persons in their lives, no one wants to be friends to someone who is angry all the time! You need to talk to someone you trust!. Learn to use that energy constructively!. Make bread (mixing and punching the dough down is good for the bread), mop the floors, wash the bathroom and or kitchen walls, sweep the floors, clean up the yard, wash the car!.

No- everyone gets angry and lately since I have been in college and work a full time job- the stress level is outstanding!. I am in a bad mood a lot!. I just have my down time- i tell everyone to shut up and leave me a lone and no calls- then i just lay in my bed watch tv or a few movies and just mellow out- don't think about anything- just chill out!.!.!.and then I am in a much happier mood!. This will take you some time, it's not like you can suddenly change it!. Make a conscious effort to control yourself everytime, and eventually it will be a habit and be your instinct to control your anger!. It could take years, but keep "exercising" your self control!. Your aware you have an anger problem which is good, that may help you from doing something irrational!. I used to have the same problem!. I used to throw things, once I threw a glass candle holder and candle at my boyfriends head so hard Glass was stuck in the wall!! FIRST i go in my room, slam the door, and then get one of my huge stuffed animals and starting punching it really hard over and over again!.

Deep breath! You've probably heard this a thousand times but close your eyes and count to 10!. Still angry!? Go to ur room and punch ur pillow, scream in it, let it all out!.!. Personally, I find going for works, reading, or listening to music (but if that doesn't work for you, do anything constructive, just keep ur mind busy!.) can help!.!. Well I have anger issues to!. I have a counciler to talk to!. It's cheap and if ur still in school you can ask if u can start seeing one!. One strategy is to just breath and think happy things!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

then slowly get up again and do something quite like tv
