I can't sleep because i'm yawning.?!


Question: I can't sleep because i'm yawning!.!?
I yawn all the time, when i wake up, during school, after school, and, sadly, as im trying to fall asleep!. I yawn about every 2 minutes when i'm trying to fall asleep,making it impossible for me when my jaw is constantly wanting to stretch out!.
Is there a way i can i prevent myself from yawning so much!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

See a sleep clinic neurologist!. The yawn is a corrective for someone who has an oxygen deficit for breathing too shallowly or erratically!. At night the syndrome is called "sleep apnea," and can often be diagnosed in a night or two!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

A yawn is basically your body's way of telling you that you don't breathe enough!. At least that's what most people think nowadays!. There's no proof of this theory, though, and tests have shown that people don't yawn less often if the amount of oxygen in the air surrounding them increased!. Other theories are the Evolution Theory and the Boredom Theory!. The Evolution Theory states that yawning evolved during ancien times when humans showed their teeth in order to intimidate others!. The Boredom Theory (obviously) states that yawns are caused by boredom!.

ive learned that yawning is caused by inscificent amount of oxygen that is recieved in the brain

When you need more oxygen in your brain, you yawn!. Do you get fatigued easily, have trouble breathing, or get dizzy!? Maybe you have a problem carrying oxygen in your blood!. I'm sure its nothing that serious, but something to think about!.

that means you do not get enough sleep!. either because you do not have time, or something causes it like your bed!. if your bed is not comfortable enough, your body is not gonna have enough rest so you get sleep very fast!. just try to change your matrix or flip it over simply!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
