Question: Best way to heal cuts inside mouth!?
What should I do to make them heal faster!? I bite my tongue and the inside of my cheek, and it HURTS and takes forever to heal!. :-(Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hot salt water!. Well not extremely hot!.!.!.but pretty warm with lots of salt!. Make a cup full and swish a mouthful at a time in your mouth, spitting it out when it gets cold!. Keep doing that, mouthful by mouthful until you have no more in your cup!. Does that make sense!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
do u by any chance wear braces!? because they have wax for that!. but otherwise i would use orajel at the site of the wounds, after brushing my teeth!.orajel is a special gel that heals all wounds/toothaches everything that has to with mouth!. you don't need prescription for it!. or before applying that rinse your mouth with baking soda-it's better than salt- and warm waterWww@Answer-Health@Com
