Question: I stood on glass and i dont know how to get it out!?
i stood on a piece of tiny glass yesterday n it really hurts when i walk!. there were a few pieces!. i got most out but not all , i cant get whatever is left out!.
is there a way that it will come out by itself!?
i tried soaking my foot in warm water for like an hour!.!. that def!. didn't work

I have taken glass out of my husband AND dad's foot a few times!. First they soak the foot in salted water (SALINE solution if you want to get technical), then, I use nail clippers,tweezers and a pin/needle (disinfect them with rubbing alchol or boiling water) and carefully push/pull at the dead skin and clip it off with the clippers so you can see the hole clearly!. Keep doing that as much as you have to until you feel the glass with the needle or see the "sparkle" of it!. I would then, believe it or not, sqeeze the spot where the glass is as if you were squeezing a zit, and USUALY the glass will move toward the original entry point at which point you can pry it up and out with the needle or grab it with the tweezers, YES, you could go to the doctor, as most would suggest, but unless i've tried for hours and hours and it's actually causing me alot of pain, I wouldn't go either!. BUT, that all said, I've successfully removed the glass every time:) If you have someone willing to "operate" on you that you trust, they might be able to do a better job since they will be able to see it better!. what you need to do is get a fine sewing needle and dig it out, or you could try magnaplasam this draws thing out, it should be available from any chemist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I had this problem with glass in my hand from firefighting!. I was sent to the ER only to be told that glass shards will not show in an xray!. The shards eventually disappeared!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
You need to get it taken out by a doctor before you get an infection!. Don't walk on it until you see a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
