Muscle Pain? Neck Pain? Help?!

Today I was getting ready to take a shower, when my neck/shoulder started hurting!. I don't recall making any sudden movement to cause it!. I moved around slowly and tried to stretch out!. I ignored since i wasn't out of the ordinary!. When I was doing my hair, I tilted my head a bit and the pain was a lot sharper!. I put my head back into the position where it didn't hurt, but the pain wouldn't cease!. Suddenly, it was like my eyes were closing little by little, BUT THEY WERE OPEN!. My view was beginning to slowly black out!. I began freaking out, then my ears started ringing!. I went to sit on my bed, but I still couldn't see!. When I could finally see a bit, I had gotten to the other side of the bed w/out realizing it!. I stood up to go tell my dad, then I got really dizzy and nauseous!. I was hard to walk because I still couldn't see very well!. I can't believe I got to him w/out falling!. When I told him he told me to lay down because I was cold!. When I lay down on the bed, it all began to stop, but the ringing in my ears got louder and then turned into a buzz!. After a while I was fine, my neck still hurts when I move it though!.

So,what was that all about!?
Should I go see a doctor!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
