ocd, obsessive compulsive disorder, and it doesnt just have to be about cleanliness it can be any repetitive thought that disturbs your normal daily functioning, like repetive handwashing etc!. if this is the case and it freaks you out and panics you when you are not clean then maybe meds would help!? check with your doctor!? if not though it might just be anxiety related which can be just as stressful and can still be treated with therapy!. hope youre ok and get it sorted if its disturbing your life and making you stressed get it sorted id say!. best of luck chick xWww@Answer-Health@Com
This is often a common symptom of OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder)!. Obesseion with being clean and avoiding germs is a common problem with OCD!. That can lead to symptoms such as excessive hand washing, excessive showering, excessive pre-occupation with germs an disease, and the like!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
