Answers:
You may be dehydrated, which can cause stomach pain and/or vomiting!. Drinking water now may help if you are dehydrated, but you should also drink a sports drink with electrolytes!. Drink slowly, but try to consume a total of 64 ounces of water/ no more than 20 ounces of a sports drink!.

You may just be hungry, in which case, make yourself some white rice, or have something like applesauce or yogurt!. All of these things absorb painful acids in the stomach!.

Remember that when you run, you should try not to run on an empty stomach, but wait 30 minutes after eating before you do any exercise!.

If the pain doesn't go away, try a breathing exercise, because your diaphragm may be cramped!. Try sitting up strait and tighten your core, and breathe in slowly through your nose and out through your mouth!.

Hope you feel better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It depends on what the cause of the cramping is from!. Are you talking about menstrual cramps!? If so, try some tablets in the vitamin section called Evening Primrose Oil!. Also, take some Advil with food!.

If the stomach cramps are coming from your upper abdomen where your stomach is, then I would NOT recommend advil, and you might want to try some Zantac or Tagamet (Cimetitidine) for treatment of heartburn or possible ulcer!.

Is it from constipation!?

It really depends on what part of your abdomen the cramping is coming from and what the cause is as to what should be taken to help it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

take ibuprofen for stomach cramps!. i do it when my legs cramp up sometimes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
