Question: Can Vitamin C tablets help or prevent sickness!?
As you all know winter is coming, yesterday (Halloween) my boyfriend woke up sick, he has the flu or a cold!. and i was wondering if over the counter Vitamin C Tablets or something might help our immune systems!? if so what brand and approx how much does it cost!? all answers are greatly appreciated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ester C is more gentle on the stomach!.!.!.but more expensive than regular C!.
Get Vit!. C with Rose Hips!.
Take 2000mg/day with food!.
If you are already sick, take 1000mg every 3 hours for 2-3 days!.
It works!.
You can't overdose because Vit!. C is a water soluble vitamin which means if your body has enough, you will just pee out the rest!.

yes they strengthen your immune system!.!.i take a tablet everyday!.!.they arent expensive and be careful not to overdose Www@Answer-Health@Com
