Question: What do I do about Constipation!? help!!?
The thing is the stool is at the end of the intestines and is ready to come out it's just way to big and hard!. My mom told me to take ex-lax and I did, will this help (make it softer) or just make the intestines painfully force it out!?

ex lax will not effect your birth control!.
It's supposed to make your stools softer but it just made my stomach hurt really bad, but it's different for everybody!. I recommend drinking some coffee, or eating raw veggies!. Both always have to make me go!Www@Answer-Health@Com
