Answers:
The physical act of vomiting does two things that cause what you are describing: 1!. Dehydration 2!. Muscle Convulsing

A headache is one of the first signs of dehydration!. We're not talking about someone walking across the desert!. People who are sick, especially with vomiting and diarrhea, often feel worse than they have to because they do not drink enough water!. Drink some water and have an advil or similar!.

Your body may hurt because you vomited violently!. Unless you are a gymnast or a crossfit guru, the muscles you just flexed uncontrollably are at your core and probably not used to such exercise!. Another possibility is that you are still sick!. Muscle aches often accompany a fever!. Again, drink water!. This will help the soreness go away!. A multivitamin wouldn't be bad either!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The headache makes sense!. Throwing up puts a lot of pressure on your body, and often times causes swelling in the face!. People commonly complain of head aches and even body aches because of the pressure and strain placed on the body!. However, you should not be feeling sick and in pain presently!. I would go visit the doctor, friend!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There's a bit of stress in the body making it "work backwards" to throw up!. Lots of convulsing and I usually get a good rush of blood to the brain!. The convulsing is maybe why your body is sore!. The rush of blood to the head and maybe some dehydration is not helping the headache!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't think it was the burger, sounds more like a stomach virus which will make you feel awful all over for a couple of days!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the acid in your throw up burns!.!.!.

plus your going to feel sick after loosing so much food in a short amount of time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like food poisoning to me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
