Question: How can I make my voice "Grow older"!? !?

I know im still young but I still have a ANNOYING high pitched voice and I can't talk quietly!. I've already had my period but I havent had it since!.!. July cause it stopped for some reason!. But anywayss, All the other girls in my grade have nice voices and mine still sounds like im 8 years old!. I want to have a older sounding voice but I dont know how!. PLEASE HELP!.
