How can I stop my emotional eating?!


Question: How can I stop my emotional eating!?
What can I do to address, express, release, or distract my feelings of anxiety, loneliness, depression, without eating!? I like to bake for others, but am tempted to indulge as well!. when I am alone, I snack more!. My husband is skinny and tempts me with things when he's home!. How can I stop these bad cycles!?

Even though I am not overweight by a clinical definition, I know I am an emotional eater!. I find it hard to slim down my soft physique!.

1) Seek professional help!.

2) Pick up a new hobby, something that can relieve your stress!.

3) Work off those excess gains!.

4) Get a pet to ease your problems!. (not really a good solution in my opinion)


Apparently something's not going well for you (therefore causing all those symptoms), but I do not want to pry in too much!.

Just to take note, you have to understand that apart from professional help, everything else is done to just run away from the problem or to lessen the consequences!.
