Answers:
No, your fingers wont get chubby!. Nothing will happen to you for a while!. When you grow older like 65+ years old , your fingers will be hard to move !. Though this usually happens to people who crack knuckles 5 times a minute :)!.!.!.!.!.

I'd stop it!. Just take it out your head or something!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

By cracking your knuckles, what you are doing is pushing the joint beyond its physiological stop sign, or further than its range of motion would normally allow for!. This puts undue stress on the ligaments and tendons that hold the joint together and in place!. Ligaments behave a little like rubber bands---you can pull and stretch them a lot; but, eventually they won't return to their original shape and length!.

After years of pushing your joint past its normal range of motion, it may become "hypermobile!." If the joint is very mobile (as in the hand), the joint surfaces might wear out!. If this happens, the body responds by laying down more bone!. Although this sounds like the body healing itself, in reality, matters are made worse!. Usually, the bone is not laid down smoothly and the joint surfaces become rough!. Worst case scenario - spurring or sharp spots will develop in the bone of the joint in question!. Eventually, you may have rough surfaces moving against each other, to which the body might respond by swelling, increasing the amount of fluid and blood in the area!.

I think one of the best ways to stop cracking your knuckles is to realize and become aware of your habit, and gradually stop yourself from cracking them!.

Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Mine aren't chubby I've been doing it since I was 12 or 13 (I'm 32 now) but then I have petite fingers, wrists, ankles!.!.!.
I have been having pain in my knuckles at times and I think it is from popping them for so long
If you're a lady I would recommend getting a manicure!. Maybe having your nails looking nice will prevent you from wanting to do itWww@Answer-Health@Com

they dont make them chubby!. I have the same habit of cracking my fingers!. What it does do though, i build a pressure in the joint you cracked, so that the only way to release said pressure is to crack again!. Also, with old age it brings arthritisWww@Answer-Health@Com
