I can't stop farting. Can anybody help?!


Question: I can't stop farting!. Can anybody help!?
I'm not trying to be funny!. It's beyond a joke now!. How can I cut down on the gas bill, so to speak!?

Watch your diet!. A sudden increase in fiber can definately lead to a sudden build up of deadly gas (and, no, it is not funny!. Rather embarrasing when you clear out a section of the store you work in and your coworker yells at you)!. Also, certain foods like garlic, onions and carbonated beverages can also lead to gas!.

If your diet is "normal," you might want to check for a food intolerance!. For instance, if you are lactose intolerant, milk might give you gas!.

Another thing that might cause gas is swallowing of air!. The air goes down into your stomach!. It has to go somewhere: a belch or a fart!.

Also, watch your stress levels!. I know stress gives me gas!.

Sometimes horomones, especially in women, can trigger gas!.

If you are desperate, try GasX or Beano!.

You are probably farting due to being sensitive to certain foods!. Grains and dairy are usually the main culprit!. So try and avoid those for a while and see if it helps!.
Also stay away from cabbage like foods!.
It's kind of a trial and error process!. Eliminate foods and see how it goes, then slowly reintroduce them!. It's a nasty problem!.
So to be short, no dairy, wheat, beans and cabbage!.
Then see how it goes!. If it gets better, then slowly reintroduce these items one by one to see which one is the bad guy!.
Then eliminate that one for a good 6 months to a year to get your body to heal itself again!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Change the food your eating!.If say,you eat meat and then eat a pudding,the two don't go together and petrification in the stomach occurs causing build up of gas and breaking wind!.
Cut down on meat,spices and fatty,greasy food!.Eat more fibre ie wholewheat!.More fruit and veg!.The stomach does not have to work hard to digest this type of food,and no rotting in the stomach takes place,so less windWww@Answer-Health@Com

Watch what you eat!.!.stay away from dairy if you are lactose intolerant!.!.if you are there are pills you can take before you eat dairy!. Also there is something called beano over the counter you can try!. It probably is from something your digestive system can't handle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat ginger with your food!.
Not the root, but just go to the dollar store and for $1 you can get the ginger powder!. Just sprinkle some over your food before you eat it and it works like a charm!.

NOTE: does not work if you eat the ginger after the food!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should check your diet!. Something that you are eating is causing gas!. If you record what you eat you can find out and cut down on that food stuff!
