Answers:
Hypertension can cause glaucoma as a high pressure in your eyes can lead to glaucoma!. To reduce the pressure in your eyes Coleus Forte (Coleus Forskholii) is supposed to help!.

Stress can cause hypertension or aggravate it so it can also cause glaucoma!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes!.

Tension causes a reduction of blood circulation by restriction of the blood vessels to your brain (your muscles in your neck tense up)!. Your eyes, unfortunately, are a second choice to your brain, so they get less blood and may suffer as a result!.

Additionally, many jobs involve viewing an LCD computer screen, which prolonged exposure to can cause blurring (the refresh rate of the screen does not mesh well with the refresh rate of your eyes), and many other jobs put you under intense fluorescent light, which oscillates at the same 60 Hz of the wall socket (AC), and THAT can cause confusion in your optic nerves!.

Go get some lutein!. This is not a brand name, but a product that is available in any grocery or pharmacy in the vitamin / mineral section (it is the primary ingredient in Occuvite)!. I don't know what the stuff is, but it has worked wonders with my eyes!. I am 57 and have worn glasses since I was 12, until the last three years or so!. I now need readers for up close stuff only after staring at an LCD computer monitor too much (which my job requires)!. My distance vision is nearly telescopic, and my near vision is remarkable (I now see the pores in people's skin at four to six feet away!)

At only five bucks for a month supply, it is the best bargain I have ever found!.

Try the lutein for a month or so!. If that does not help, then your vision may simply be deteriorating as a result of aging, but, I think not!. Aging rarely impacts vision so quickly!.

Ask your co workers if they have experienced similar difficulties!. If so, you may be able to persuade your employer to make changes that help (blind employees are not very efficient)!.

But first, try the lutein!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Keep watch on your blood pressure because that can affect your vision!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
