Question: Is this normal or what!?

I was laying in bed last night and all of a sudden I felt really sick and I got really hot and my heart started to beat really fast!. It lasted for about 5 minutes and then I was fine!. Is that normal or what!? Thanks!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
