What do you do when you're sick?!

I feel your pain!. Injections, pills, and that run over by a truck feeling!. I have a good collection of DVD's!. I generally watch a few of my favorites!. Something I have scene before so i can listen to the dialog, watching with the eyes open is optional!. That way I can doze in and out!. i can always go back to the last scene I remember when I wake up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

OK well first of all I try to get better by using Natural supplement like hot tea, fruits,vegetables,and I know its not a supplement but sleep helps, get lots of it!.Also its very important to be optimistic when sick it helps the immune system overall!.If everything else fails see a Doc!.And
just to say humans have been surviving without hospitals,and Doc's for hundreds of years so we are well capable of taking care of our self to an extent!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I put on my favourite movie, make my favourite food or drink on a comfy couch n blanket, and I grab my cat and just make him snuggle next to me!. That's heaven to me on a Sunday morning when I'm hungover ^^Www@Answer-Health@Com

when im sick,i lay on my bed with this fuzzy blanket and read a book!. or i'll bring my pillows downstairs and lay down on the couch and watch tv with a cup of hot chocolate!. mmmm Www@Answer-Health@Com
