Hey you could have a sleep condition called sleep apnea which prevents you from sleeping well at night but Im not sure if that's exactly the case here I dont want to jump to conclusions lol!. But If you continue to feel this way then If I were you I would get checked out and see if there's a logical explanation as to why your not sleeping good!. Hope this helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com

you won't be able to sleep if ur tired!. doesn't make sense, i know!. try going to bed early, and see if that helps!. u usually fall asleep faster if u think ur not tired!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
What I do is, I either read a book until I get really sleepy, or listen to music till I sleep!. It actually really helps me!. I hope it does for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
