I am sick; What should I eat??!


Question: I am sick; What should I eat!?!?
I was awake all last night and couldnt get back to sleep (BTW I barely ate last night cause I didnt feel good) and this morning at like 7 I started throwing up!. But there wasnt no food in my body to throw up so I just havent ate anything all day and all I have done is drink water!.
I just got done throwing up all the water that I drank!.

But I am really hungry now and I was looking in the cabniet and found some Cereal and I havent ate anything cause I dont wanna throw up!.

So can I eat Cereal even though I am sick cause it seems really good!?!?!?!?
If not what should I eat to make myself feel better!?!?!?

i dont know if i would eat the cereal because you will most likely throw it up, try some soup or warm stuff!.!.!.if your going to have the cereal, warm up the milk in the microwave, and try drinking ginger ale, then when your dont take a nap and see how you feel when you wake up,

Microwave some white rice!. Or chicken noodle soup!. Keep sending down fluids--boullion, tea, clear soda, water!. The big problem with cases like this is dehydration!. So keep hydrated!. Take some pepto if you have it, and if not, some benedryl (it's an allergy drug, yes, but it's also a great anti-nausea drug)!.

Definitely chicken noodle soup and saltine crackers!. Drink seven up it will help!. I am living with 5 other people and that is what we do when we get sick like that and it helps and the cereal will not help cuz its cold you need something warm for your stomach:)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Crackers are probably the best thing to eat at this point!. You should eat slowly, don't eat too much too fast!. Then wait a while and see if you can hold it down, then after a while eat a little more!.

Also, don't drink a lot at once!. Try drinking spoonfuls!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should eat/drink:
Cranberry juice
Crackers
Sandwiches
Juice

Things you shouldn't eat:
Pizza
Cheese
Any milky stuff

um, toast or soup!? i usually just let myself starve when I'm sick because I hate throwing up but I think those two things help!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

flat seven up soda crakers , try gravol sometimes that can help stop you from throwing up, eat lite and don't over do it sorry your feeling sick hope things get better soon!Www@Answer-Health@Com

it sounds like you have a stomach virus/flu

you may continue vomiting for 12-24 hours

make sure you drink plenty of water at regular intervals!.!.!. small sips often this is to keep hydrated

if you really want to eat something then eat something light, like toast or some crackers

avoid orange juice it will upset your stomach more!.!.only drink orange juice or fruit juices for colds and flu!.!.not stomach upsets!.!.because orange is very acidic

a little lemonade or seven up with some boiling water added to make it warm will be ok

you may well throw up anything you eat so just make sure you keep drinking plenty of water !.!.take a few painkillers and just sleep it will be gone soon enoughWww@Answer-Health@Com
