Question: Really bad headaches - could it be eye/sinus related!?
For the past few months I've randomly been getting very bad headaches!. They come on suddenly and go suddenly!. Usually they're in the back-left of my head, sometimes at the front, and they make me feel really dizzy!. I've never actually fallen over, but the pain is really bad, so I can't actually do anything until the pain stops, usually just a few minutes later!.
My mother and sister are long-sighted and wear glasses, I am slightly long-sighted and will need glasses at some point, but I can't get an eye appointment at the moment!. I do have bad sinuses too!.

I suffer from the same thing, its really common in teenage girls to get headaches!. I went to my G!.P and all they said was to continue taking Ibuprofen and Paracetamol!. However, it could be that you need glasses, it wasn't in my case but I think its worth getting it checked out!.

do some head stand exercises it helps in the flow of blood to the head
