How can I stop waking up at 4 in the morning every night?!


Question: How can I stop waking up at 4 in the morning every night!?
Every single night, I wake up at 4 o'clock, and it's really annoying me - I can get back to sleep afterwards fine, but it's still irritating!.
I don't need the toilet, I'm not thirsty, I just wake up for no apparent reason!. The clocks went back an hour recently, and still I woke up at 4 o'clock, not 5 o'clock as I expected!.

its probably a phcycological problem, did anything significant happen at 4 o'clock recently!. did u hav a bad dream that caused u to wake up at 4 and then it been happening every nite since!? before you go to sleep read a nice book a or watch a funny show or listening to some calming music!. it helps clear your mind!. and you will sleep better!. if not consult your doctor Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat more calcium-magnesium foods in your diet!. And have some nutritious proteiin in the evening!. Don't eat starched or carbs past a certain time or it either keeps you up or keeps you from staying relaxed enough to stay asleep!. Make sure you get enough fresh air and at least some exercise!.
I like to have yogurt or cottage cheese with (a little) fruit!.

If you go back to sleep fine then what's the problem!? Everyone wakes up throughout the night, but lots of people stay awake and can't go back to sleep!. Maybe if you take naps during the day, you're well rested by 4!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is an old trick my mother used to do!. Before you go to bed, maybe a half an hour before drink some warm milk!. Whenever I have restless nights I use this trick and it helps me through the night!. It doesn't hurt to give it a try!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe it's your body/spirit telling you that you should be up at that time, like your natural body clock!. So go to bed a little earlier so you get a full night's sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

when u say 4 in the morning why do u say night then nonetheless over sleeping is not good 4 health so u go to sleep at 4am and then u will wake up later in the real morningWww@Answer-Health@Com
