Question: How long does it take for water to go through your body!?
How long does it take water to go through your body from ingestion to urination!? I'm supposed to drink 3 liters of water a day because I have kidney stones!. But sometimes I hope I can run on water I drank earlier if I have to be somewhere!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

With that much fluid intake, may want to ask your doc about potential electrolyte imbalance, and any supplements you should be taking (extra Vit C, etc)!. That could entail just a phone call to the office!.

i think about an hr!.!.!.cause when i had my ultrasound they said they wanted me to have finished drinking my water an hr before hand so that it would be in my bladder when i got there!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Mine is a constant flow, about every hour to two during the daytime!. I stop drinking by 8 pm, and then I can make it through the night!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
