How do I become a morning bird?!


Question: How do I become a morning bird!?
I need to get used to gettin up early!. oing to sleep early no matter what time im in bed!. I am always exhasted no matter what when I wake up! How do I wake up awake!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had the same problem!. I have insomnia, and I had to get up early for marching band in high school and early morning classes in college!. Cut out naps, try and get 9 hours of sleep if you can, don't eat any snacks/meals late at night, eat a good breakfast, and try and find something that calms you down before bed like reading, a warm shower, watching TV, etc!. and make yourself get up the first time your alarm clock goes off!. Find something that inspires you to get up in the morning, like making a good breakfast, going for a run, things you're doing that day, or whatever!. That's what I do atleast and it kinda works!. I don't have so many problems getting up at 6:00 or 7:00 a!.m!. anymore!. Even though I don't like it, it's bearable now!. lol!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Getting up early sucks- we all hate it! The best thing is to get up at the same time every morning and go to bed at the same time every night- it is better for you body if your in a routine,you will get used to getting up early and it won't be that hard, but on Sunday-- sleep in !!Www@Answer-Health@Com

forget it -get a job that goes along with your body's natural body rhythms!. this is the healthiest alternative!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
