Question: I need to know whats going on!?
i've been waking up at the same time every night around 3am!. My grandma who lives with me say she wakes up at the same time and heres the sounds of a car parking and the screams of someone being dragged away!. I've been having to put a blanket over my window cuz im really scared to look out at night!.

perhaps the person who lives around you is just getting home at that hour!? geting off work or whatever!.!.!.and they are being kinda loud and disruptive!.!.!.!.
perhaps just take a peek out that window when you get up!. to ease your own mind so you can sleep!.!.!.or if for any reason something happened you can help someone by calling 911!.!.!.you can be completley annoymous doing so!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
