Helium - is it safe to have just a little?!

Question: Helium - is it safe to have just a little!?
I want to suck down just enough helium to create a new answering machine message!. But I've heard it can damage the vocal chords!.

Not being a singer or even much of a talker I'm not overly concerned!.

But is just that little bit dangerous enough to avoid!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
For an ansaphone message, you probably won't take any damage at all!. Helium might make your throat feel a bit sore, but unless you're practically gassing yourself with it, then you should be fine!.

/Don't/ gas yourself with it, though - you will suffocate!. And die!. And that would be a -bad- ansaphone message!. :OWww@Answer-Health@Com

it's safe to have a lot until you feel dizzy!.

i've inhaled maybe 10 balloons full of helium, one after another!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
