Question: This is the weirdest rash!?

my little sister who is 11 has a weird rash on her arms it started at the inside of her arms and now to the top of her hands it's spreading if it doesn't get better soon we will take her to the doctor but we want to try to get it to go away our selfs first!.it is red and does not ich but it's spreads!.she has eaten nlthing new
