NO - unless for some bizarre reason you let it get very very infected
but no sane person would do that, as soon as you get signs of infection you go to your doctor and they sort it out for you
as long as you clean it twice daily with boiled water + salt on a cotton swab then you should be fine!

not at all!.!. i got my nose pierced with a gun when i was 18 and it got infected and i had to take it out!.!. i got it pierced again when i was 22 and they pierced it with a needle that time!.!. it got infected again, b/c the guy pierced it through my scar tissue!.!. so now i am staying away from getting my nose done again!.!. but no, your nose can't fall off!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
