Question: Why am i cold and tired a lot!?
why are my feet and hands cold a lot!? why am i tired!? should i wait the 6 months till my dr!.appt!. or go in before then!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It could be an iron deficiency!. If you are curious whether or not it is, you can always donate blood; they check for iron deficiency before you donate blood!. Iron deficiency normally isn't to severe of a thing to have!.

Well, depending on the severity you should go sooner to see the doctor!. By severity, I mean if it's affecting your work, grades, relationship, etc!. in a noticeable way!.
I would ask them to check you out for mononucleosis, sounds a lot like I felt when I had it!. They just told me to get as much rest as I could, and gave me a few weeks out of school!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if the problem keeps occurring then you should see your doctor sooner than 6 months, but I don't think it is a very serious problem!. Just keep drinking lots or fluids(especially water) and try going to bed earlier with lots of blankets and wear a lot of layers!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
cold feet and hands are due to poor blood circulation and I guess that could cause you to be tired if you are worried go to the doctor don't take a bunch of random peopls advice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
