How to handle my stress?!


Question: How to handle my stress!?
I dont handle my stress very well!.!.!. I get overemotional and take everything out on myself in a negative way!. I get aggressive and bitchy!. I need new ways to handle stress without taking things out on myself or others!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

My best advise is to try reading, or something else that will calm your mind!. Try Mindfulness Meditation!. Has helped me a ton!. Look it up on Google and you will find many many ways to handle stress!. If you don't believe meditation then find a hobby and work on it!. It will sure help you on stress relief!. If the hobby does aggravate you, quit immediately and take a few minutes to cool off then find a different hobby!. Photography for an example can be fun and help relive stress!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try reading a book, or listening to music!. Something to provide, some sort of escape from the world for an hour!. Games and the internet I find do the trick, however stay clear if you have an addictive personality, if you know I mean by that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

An emergency glass of wine generally works wonders (if you're old enough that is)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

go inn your room alone hit your pillow and scream as loud as you can, it feels so good :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
