Heavy period question?!
Question: Heavy period question!?
So, I've had my period since I was 11 and I'm 17 now!. I started my cycle yesterday!. I usually wear super and super plus on those heavier days, but today was different!. I put in a super plus tampon and about an hour and a half later, it was completely full and leaking onto a pad I was wearing!. Is this normal!? Usually i have them in for about 3 or 4 hours before i have to change it!. It just kind of freaked me out, I guess, since I've had it for 6 years now, and this has never once happened!.
Would birth control help this at all!? I've been thinking seriously about going on the pill to help with a heavy period, cramps, acne, and of course, to prevent pregnancy!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I was a heavy bleeder as a young woman also!. I started the pill for that very reason!. Yes it does make a major difference!. you will be glad you did it!. It reduced my from 8-10 days to around 4!. Good Luck : )Www@Answer-Health@Com
