i had a ton of hamstring problems!.!. they are horrible!. last year i tore my hamstring and then i found out that there is another part of my hamstring that is pulling off a piece of my pelvic bone!.!.!. after that i counlnt lift my leg more than 90 degrees and it hurt really bad to lift it (like when going up the stairs)!. i didnt really have many inflamatory responses until i went to physical thearopy which didnt help at all!. go to a cyropractor and they will realine your spine and it will help a littleWww@Answer-Health@Com
