I'm getting blood work to test for anemia but I cannot make out what this says!. Help!?

Looks like it says:
- CBC (complete blood count)
- LFT (liver function test) maybe, hard to tell
- looks like either CBC again, or IBC (iron binding capacity)!. They wouldn't do two CBC's, possibly just that the doctor was writing fast and wrote it twice!.
- Iron, Ferritin, IBC (iron binding capacity)
- Vitamin B12
- TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone)
