Question: Have you ever had a foot spasm!?

what causes those really bad foot spasms that hurt like hell, and make you fall over in pain!. it feels someone is stabbing you with a knife in thr foot!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know what you mean! Ahh they hurt so bad and you cant move your foot at all it sucks!. If you step on cold tile or put an ice cube on your foot it makes them go away! (well it works for me anyway!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think i've had a cramp, which seems just as painful as what you are describing, but it feels like my foot can't move!.
I've also has eyebrow spasm's!.!.!. not painful, but my eyebrow just twitches on its own, LOL!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
