Why did I suddently feel all shakey like I was going to faint or have a heart at!

Question: Why did I suddently feel all shakey like I was going to faint or have a heart attack!?
I'm a 35 year old woman in decent health except I smoke!. I've always had a very high metabolism but it's slowed down now that I'm older!. I was super skinny as a kid but now I'm 5'7 and 140 lbs!. which is average!. I walk an hour a day!. I didn't eat at all today except for one egg roll 5 hours ago!. I also suffer from bad anxiety but I wasn't in a situation that would cause anxiety!. I still feel very trembly and short of breath!. It was just very scary!. My hands are still shaking really bad!. Was this an anxiety attack or something related to not eating enough today or what!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

It may have just been an anxiety attack, or lack of sugar!. Have you ever taken your blood drawn and checked your iron levels!? You could be anemic--which could cause fainting/dizzy spells!. You could also just be tired, if you haven't been getting enough rest lately!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

panic attack i get them all the time, mostly in the winter, but sometime they get really bad, shut my whole body down and i just sit and tremble, they come without any warning at all, and last anywhere from 1 minute to 1 hour!. i had to quit smoking weed because of them, i would get one the second id start to feel high!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I do that when my blood sugar drops!. The best thing for that situation is to eat protien!. I usually eat peanutbutter, it will help stabilize the blood sugar!. If you eat sugar to bring it up, a lot of times it will drop out worse than it was!. Eating regualrly will keep this from happening!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
