Question: What is a good prescription med I can get for insomnia!?

I have a horrible time with getting to sleep and staying asleep!. I recently used zopoclone ( or something like that) and it wasn't strong enough!. What is good and strong!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You don't always need a strong prescription!. Try the old advise: no caffeine for a few hours before bed, don't eat / drink anything before bed, take the TV out of your room, darken your room, warm bath before bed But if that does not work, then try the herbal remedy "Melatonin" it does not give you the "hang arounds" the next day like some sleep aids!.
