Question: How do I get rid of my embarrassing sweat stains!?
I am a 13 year old girl, and I have a big problem with sweating at my underarms!. At my school, i sweat alot! Its not even hot or anything, but i cant help it!. And wearing cotton or whatever doesent help cause i wear hoodies with alot of room under my arms, but i still sweat!. Its embarrassing and pretty much taking over my school life!. I NEED HELP! Please give me some suggestions (mosty some that can be made or created from the home) and please dont tell me about Secret Clinical Strength, cause I already know about that!. Don't worry, you're not the only one out there that has problems with that!. I have the exact same problem, and it's horrible and embarassing!. When you can't wear a tank top or a thick hoodie, put on your deodroent at night!. You can try that secret stuff, or any other clinical stregth stuff, but it probably won't work, it didn't for me!. But i suggest not thinking about it also, and while your sitting at school, don't put your arms to the sides!. Put the arms out so you can "air out!." I hope I can help!

Sometimes people need prescription medication and anti-perspirants to solve this problem!. I've also heard of people having those sweat glands surgically removed!.

if you get a medication that would be the best choice!. if its really bothering you then don't worry!. just say i'm not ashamed of it!. it happens to everyone trust me!. just stay calm and everything will be fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
