well just take deep breaths slow and steady, think, calm yourself down, think of something besides whats bothering you!. if you still cant calm down go and sit in a nice warm bath tub filled with bubble!.:]
or a shower if you don't have a tub they can be just as relaxing!.
and also sometimes what i will do is listen to some music of mine that i love and i zone the rest of the world out and just dance and focus on the music!.

Negative emotions (like sadness, stress, anger, etc!.) causes your Serotonin production to be low; when your Serotonin level is low, you are more prone to getting Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression, etc!.
