Depression/Panic attacks/High-Anxiety?!


Question: Depression/Panic attacks/High-Anxiety!?
My mother has depression/panic attacks/high-anxiety/nervousness!. She is 69 years old!. She is not on medication, nor getting any form of treatment, because of refusal to seek help!.

My question: Would this best be described, when talking to friends, and perhaps distant relatives, as ( 1 ) psychological ( 2 ) emotional ( 3 ) mental problems/issues!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

Negative emotions (like sadness, stress, anger, etc!.) causes your Serotonin production to be low; when your Serotonin level is low, you are more prone to getting Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression, etc!.

But there are natural ways to do it without medication!. There's this strange herb called "St John's Wort" - it is said to be more effective than Prozac!. i also have a problem with anxiety attacks and they would be a physical thing!.When it happens you get sick the room gets tight and you feel scared for your life andsometimes pass out!. they are really bad, and i feel sorry for the poor woman who has themWww@Answer-Health@Com
