Instead of swallowing mucus, blow your nose and drink a lot of orange juice!. Do not drink/eat dairy products, any milk products that contain milk in it will continue to build mucus and it will continue to stay!. Milk just makes a pile of mucus!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
