Ear Care Help! URGENT!!!?!

Question: Ear Care Help! URGENT!!!!?
Okay, so I've never had the best of luck when it comes to getting my ears pierced!. (4/9 times, I've had to remove them due to infections)!.

This time, though, the infection was really bad!. It was in my lobe!. It had become really swollen, and I was worried!. I decided that it wasn't a big deal ad that I would just keep it in for the rest of the night and see how it was in the morning!.

Turns out, it was MUCH worse!. The skin actually grew around my earring and I had to force it out of my ear!. It bled for a good 15 minutes!. But now, I have a big bluish-green bump with a little hole in the middle (where my post was)!. Will this ever go away!? Will I have permanent scarring because of it!?

If it CAN go away, how can I get rid of it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
The blue color may well be a little clot from the bleeding in removing the earring when it was 'stuck'!.

Can let nature take its course, which is the best plan!.

Your ears are being stubborn!. They are attempting to let you know that no matter what you put in the lobes, they don't want any part of it, right!? Many of us are allergic to medals!. I personally have to wear 14 kt gold earrings just as I did when I had the ears pierced!. Silver, surgical steel, etc!. cause terrible problems!.

Can apply cool compresses to relieve some of the throbbing!. DO NOT apply hydrogen peroxide, and besides, the hole is more than likely healed!. Might also try not touching them as this will just make them inflamed!. Next time (if there is anext time), try applying a lubricant before removing something from the body that is stuck!.!.!.!.even water!.

Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok you definitely need to go get it checked out!
for now clean it with solution and try to get antibiotics from your doctor!.I doubt you will have permanent scarring but if you dont do anything, its either your ear or a scar!.
it also depends on whether the earring was real or not, if it was fake that could explain the green part!.
it just seems like your ears reject piercings, dont get anymore!

With an infection you need some Peroxide to clean it, constantly, that is if it can be treated!. Your most likely allergic to the fake earrings!. You may want to try having Gold earring only!. Definitley go to a doctor to get more remedies!. Infections can cause that part of the body to be removed if not treated properly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Definitely go to the doctor for antibiotic - do not try to use the cheap over-the-counter kind!.

I was having problems with infections too - I went to one of those places where they do special piercings and had them do my ears - it was costly $80!.00 - but I never got an infection!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This happened to me when I was young and first got my ears pierced!. It turned out that I was allergic to metal!. You should go to the dermatologist and get it checked out!. Until then make sure to clean it and use antibiotics so that it doesn't get even worse!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ask a doctor because the infection could get worse, just put peroxide on it and some rubbing alcohol to reduce bacteria in it!. Also put a band aid around your ear to keep germs out!. But just ask a professional too!. Good luck Www@Answer-Health@Com

Make sure you keep the area really clean, and try not to touch it!. My daughters ear had a huge bump on the backside and it did clear up, but it just tended to get infected easily!. good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

i wouldn't think so!. clean it often!. find a way to clean the inside of it, thats your biggest worry!. it sounds like you are allergic to the metal you are using!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

See a doctor!.

If you are doing it yourself, STOP!. If you are using the same piercing salon, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!Www@Answer-Health@Com

go get an antibiotic cream and use!.!.if doesn't clear up go see DRWww@Answer-Health@Com

The blue and green are the oxides left from the earrings of the metals used to make the earrings after being mixed with the acids of your skin!.

First clean it with some alcohol or use an antiseptic wipe or anti-bacterial soap, hydrogen peroxide is also great to use too!. Clean it for a few days, everything should clear up!.

It's obvious your allergic to the metals used in the earrings -meaning you are not using hypoallergenic earrings!. I usually bleed for days sometimes with blue and green crusty stuff, so i wipe and clean with antiseptic!. Though Hydrogen Peroxide with water always heals my ear, i still recommend you use alcohol wipes or antiseptic!. However, i would suggest you wait for maybe 2 weeks to let your ear heal!. Gold works best for me since I'm allergic to nickel and other metals found in cheap earrings!. A cold pack on a throbbing ear also helps to bring down any swelling!.

Yes, everything should heal and go away but just keep cleaning it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First off go to the Dr!. There is a good chance that even if it bleed the infection is actually still in there & if it's not checked out will just spread (It can go all the way down to your neck) If it dose they have to cut it open & drain it all out which hurts really bad!. My sister is high allergic to earrings but never learns she has had that done like 2-3 times!.

Keep washing it with either the solution you were given when you got them pierced or an antiseptic like Neoprene also there is a thing called H2O for ears that you can buy at Piercing Pagoda!. Make sure to do this a lot especially after you shower, sweat, or have anything foreign near your ears!.

Also 4/9 times is really bad you shouldn't have any problems unless you are allergic so either stop trying to get your ears pierced or go for something that is 14K gold or higher!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I used to pierce ears at a salon!.!.!.what are you cleaning your ears with!? I had to stop using the cleaner i got from the salon because it caused my ears to get infected!. I kept using more and more and then it hit me!.!.so i stopped using it and they got better!. What type of studs did they use!? There are sensitive earring studs!.!.!.if they used those and they still got infected and you want them pierced someday try this!. I have trouble with cheap earrings!.!.!.get them pierced and after a couple days remove them and put in some more expensive earrings~not saying you have to go to Zales and buy them!. You can go the Walmart or Kmart--dont buy the ones on the racks in the store, get you a good pair from the jewerly counter!.!.you will spend about 20-30 dollars for them but that is what i have to do for my daughter and myself!. good luck

I hope your ear heals!.!.!.and it should but without knowing the cleaning solution or the studs they used i only have personal experience to go onWww@Answer-Health@Com

I'm not so famous when it comes to this but It maybe something in the Earring that you are allergic to like my friend is allergic to nickel and one of his belts was made out of it , he didn't know and now he has a big red scar from the buckle of his belt !. It also could be where you are getting your ears pierced if someone has already tried on the earring and your just having a reaction to it!. I think the bump will eventually go away just keep treating if as if you have a cutand put whatever kind of cream of what you would do to your cut on it if it is a scar it should heal in a few weeks!.Hope my advice works!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
