Sun+Doxycycline=Allergic reaction?!

Question: Sun+Doxycycline=Allergic reaction!?
Okay, So I've been taking doxycycline for about two weeks and it says on the bottle to stay out of the sun!. Today I had to walk somewhere for about 45 minutes and It was a very hot day!. I have a rash all over me and have taken paracetamol, which the emergency ward gave me!. I have also taken panadol for the swollen joints!.
It's 4 in the morning and I can't sleep!.
Any tips on how to relieve my self as the rash is so itchy and I can't get to sleep!?
ThanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
OK, panadol and paracetamol are the same thing!. If you're not allergic to ibuprofen or other anti-inflammatories, you might want to take some iburprofen if you have swelling!.

Also, try taking an antihistamine like diphenhydramine!. It will relieve the itching and make you drowsy so you can fall asleep!.

If you're going to continue to take the doxy, make sure you cover up AND use sunscreen!.

Good luck, feel betterWww@Answer-Health@Com
