Anxiety or Neurological Disorder?!
Question: Anxiety or Neurological Disorder!?
Im only 14, but for about 2 weeks or less, I've been having muscle spasms, They never occur when I'm walking or doing something, but if sitting down in class, they arrive!. But before all this spasms, I'd had worried myself sick I had diabetes!. Turns out I didn't!. Now I worry excessively about having ALS, MS, or Parkinson's!. No one in my family has it, though, Im still worried!. If I put my mind off it, there's almost no to minimal twitching maybe just 1 twitch, and won't be constant!. As soon as I move my muscles, the twitches go away!. Bright side is, If I think positive and don't focus on it, they won't really twitch at all, but I have anxiety, and is a hypochondriac which is seemingly impossible!.

It could just be anxiety, tired muscles, or you just notice it more when you worry!. I had the same thing and noticed if I calmed down it died down or went away!. I suggest seeing someone (your doctor, school counsellor maybe) about your anxiety!. Sometimes it's just something stuck on your mind that's causing you to worry, and talking about it and your anxiety might help it go away :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
