Go to a Psychiatrist, they are very easy to get anti-depressants from!. Tell him you are extremely depressed and nothing makes you happy anymore!. Tell him you don't enjoy doing any of the things you used to do!. Don't mention suicidal thoughts unless he does then tell him you have had a few of those thoughts but not enough to react on them!. He won't send you to a mental institution, lots of people are depressed and suicidal!. He will give you pills and have you come back after a couple of weeks to see how you are feeling but most anti-depressants take 4-6 weeks before they work really well!. I have been to many Psychiatrists and even told them I was suicidal but I have never been admitted to a mental institution!.I've took tons of anti-depressants!. Suicidal thoughts go along with depression so don't worry the Dr won't stick you in an institution unless you have tried to commit suicide!. He may have you to answer questions on a paper to see how depressed you are so he will know which pills to try you on!. Everything will be fine!. Go see a Psychiatrist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Be honest with the doctor and tell him/her how you have been and how you are feeling!. Let him know if there is any anxiety along with the other symptoms!. I wouldn't worry about them putting you in an institution!. Depression is very treatable!. He may also recommend talking to a therapist!. They are very good about helping you learn how to deal with some of these feelings!. Good luck and I hope things work out well for you!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Explain to your doctor what's been happening he might start you with a light anti-depressant and if it isnt' better within a month try something else
I have had the same problem for the past year and a half
My doctor put me on sleeping tablets and an anti-depressant it's been helping
All the best of luck to youWww@Answer-Health@Com

You don't ask for them you need to tell the Dr everything that you have been feeling and experiencing!. Be honest with the Dr and then the Dr will decide if you need medication or other types of therapy!. Most of the time if you get on anti depressants you will be required to see a physic drWww@Answer-Health@Com
