Everyone has their different ways of coping with being miserable!. I find it that almost everyone feels a lot better when they exercise their passion!. For me, expressive arts works a lot!. I love to dance, sing/rap, and sometimes draw!. Mostly, it's dancing cause there are so many different ways to express yourself, and music is always awesome!. Whenever I'm incredibly angry, I krump!. Krumping is an urban dance form derived from oppressed groups of people living in the ghetto!. It relieves a lot of stress!. Also, every saturday I get together with my friends at my ymca and just dance and chill!. It's always fun cause we're doing what we love and it's great time together!.
Spending time with awesome people is great!. I'm sure you have a friend that is always happy and you never get a negative vibe from them!. Go hang out, forget about your problems, and have fun relaxing :]!.
and there is always comfort food!. my favorite is a hot cup of tea with a couple of biscottis ;9

walk in the woods, or by the ocean, and hug a nice tree!. watch a funny tv show and laght your can off!.

Remember the good times, and think about all the people who are far worse off then you!. Be thankful to be where you are!. Also, may be let out that frustration in another way; punch a pillow, draw, listen to music!.
