everyone says not it cant be
we all start equal and that you chose to be smart
if your intelligence is it the fact that parents influence the persons dexterity
but somehow i don't find that true, generally when a intelligent person has a child with an offspring the child is also intelligent

We are all born with an innate intelligence!.!.!.then there is the effect of parents & the environment on the young child!.

personally i think in most cases it is how kids are brought up!. most kids (not all) who are brought up in a home with parents who went to college end up going themselves & becoming successful!. kids who grow up with parents who went straight into the work force usually follow suit!. i think its just all in how you are brought up & some kids really don't have a chance from the start, because of how they are raised!.!.!. ie people who DONT work usually have children who dont!. they really dont know any better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
ill say its 75% genetic!. My dad was a genius and im not too shabby myself!. Yet my brothers not uber smart so yeah, it's also the choice of the person, their responsibility and just luck i guessWww@Answer-Health@Com
I don not think it's genetic!. I think how intelligent someone becomes depends on their level of education and their exsposure of different cultures and experiences!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
