How do i motivate myself to get up in the morning?!


Question: How do i motivate myself to get up in the morning!?
i am defininately nooottttt a morning person and i am really really mean in the mornings!. how can i wake up in a better mood and ON TIME!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get 3 radio alarm clocks and some really nice toiletries!.
Put one alarm clock next to your bed so you can hit the snooze alarm!. This'll get you out of your deep sleep 1/2 hour before you really have to get up!.
When it goes off the second time, hit it and shut it off!. It is now 15 minutes before you really have to get up, and you may not need this step but I'm putting it in just in case!.
Put clock number 2 ACROSS the room on a really loud radio station!. You have to get up to shut it up!. You will be really irritated!. Stumble towards your bathroom because clock #3 is now blaring away in there and you want to shut that one up!.
Turn on the shower, strip down (whatever) and use your wonderful smelling soap and shampoo!. Maybe even have a great bath sheet and bath mat!. Maybe one of the radios is now playing softly music that you like to get you in a better mood!. (You could probably do this with just 2 clock radios, or set your computer)
For breakfast, I suggest that you stay away from cereal, as a high carb breakfast gives you an hour of alertness followed by a drop in energy for a few hours unless you have more carbs to refuel!. Figure out a super easy well-balanced breakfast!. I do powdered blender drinks myself, that's how lazy I am!. While I'm drinking my breakfast I gaze blankly out the window at the grass and trees!. Nothing moving!.
Make sure that you don't have to rush - very irritating - and don't think of the crappy things you have to do today!. Think of one thing good about today: like you're not that dead wasp on the porch!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well, buy something pretty expensive that you will look forward to you and you will get up faster so you have the motivation to get up and eat some of it for breakfast that morning!. if it has some sugar in it, you will be able to stay up in the morning and then it will be pretty hard to get back to sleep once your already awake in the morning because your eyes have adjusted to all of the lights from the sun so you are more awake than you are when you are laying in your warm bed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have the same problem and here is what I do: I bought an atomic alarm clock, one that always keeps the right time and your alarm settings, even if it becomes unplugged, etc!. The clock has two built in alarms!. One of these I set a whole hour ahead of when I need to get up!. When this first alarm goes off I allow myself to hit snooze a couple of times, then I turn it off!. I then get about half an hour of GREAT sleep!.

The second alarm is my "get up now" alarm, but I also set it to allow for one push of the snooze!. I know in my mind, when this alarm goes off I have ten minutes before I *must* get up!.

Once I am up I have my coffee (or your drink/breakfast of choice) within minutes!.

I also have a "don't speak to me" rule for all in my household!. They know better than to talk to me before I talk to them! This way I don't get pushed into a conversation before I am awake!.!.!.!.that just ruins my whole day!Www@Answer-Health@Com
